Most watercooled systems use a fairly large reservoir for the coolant. This adds weight and does not necessarily contribute to the overall cooling capabilities of the system, the only thing it does is to add thermal capacitance that is not necessarily needed or even desirable since water by itself already has a huge thermal buffering capacity. In other words, leaving out the reservoir appears actually the smartest move with the one caveat that there could be problems with the expansion of the coolant.

After removal of the right side panel, the filling / bleeding valves / manifolds are accessible. The two bleeding valves can be opened separately so that one can be used to add coolant while the center valve is closed, which then pushes out any possible air from the tubing system through the second valve.

Close-up of the bleeding valves. Since the valves are the highest points in the tubing system, any air bubbles will naturally accumulate there, abiding to the laws of physics. All that is necessary is to open the valve attached to the piece of tubing with the air bubble and add coolant to the other valve until the air is pushed out. Two separate thinner pieces of tubing fitting snug into the main tubing are provided with the shipping contents.

Notes
The Q Power website notes the overall airflow through the Q Power case as 220 cfm. This is somewhat misleading since this number appears to represent the sum of inflow and outflow which are both rated at 2 x 55 cfm. That is, there are two intake fans providing 55 cfm each for a combined air flow of 110 cfm and the same amount of air is being moved by the exhaust fans through the radiator. Since intake and exhaust are not additive but rather should result in the same net sum, we question the validity of the 220 cfm spec. It is a minor point, though, at least in a water-cooled system.
