CINEBENCH 2003 does not need any introduction.
The RayTracing part of Cinebench2003 is usually won by the P4, courtesy of very efficient use of HyperThreading

Higher scores are better.
Overall, the 925XE configuration is the winner here. In Software OpenGL rendering, the original 925 chipset pulls ahead, though.
