FarCry
We ran our own recorded demo of the Steam level with 5 bots standing around and doing some funky things - enough to put some decent load on the CPU.

Frames per second, higher is better!
FarCry was the one benchmark with the highest performance difference between the 90nm and the 65nm CPU. Even here, though, the difference is in the order of ~ 3%
