Athlon 64 FX-51: 2200 MHz of 64-bit power
Fortunately, the Athlon 64 series of processor features the return to the integrated heatsinks. Judging from the weight of the assembly (and silicon is not really heavy) the integrated heat spreader is a rather massive affair.
