Amorphium 3.1

A very interesting program that allows digital modeling of clay and then assinging the materials to the individual bodies within the scene. Features like texture, transparency, refraction, specular roughness as well as the different forms of lighting allow for endless possibilities and can turn into a major time sink. The scene below is dominated by an unsum of vertices that make up the text, in addition, the writing is semitransparent and is partially reflected in the back of a solder ball ripped out of a BGA package shot into the galaxy ....


The scene was created in Amorphium2.0 but rendered in Amorphium3 since the older download is no longer available. The .CMF file can be supplied on request.

Runtime in seconds, lower is better. The scene was rendered at 1024x768x32bpp. Both AMD CPUs give the P4 a run for the money.
