 AMD's Quad FX Platform
What's in a 4x4?
(Author: MS, January 21, 2007)

Call Of Duty2

We ran our own recorded demo of the Ehibara level

Frames per second, higher is better!

Prey

We used the Guru3D demo at 1024x768 "medium quality". One issue we ran into was that the modded 85.96 drivers that are necessary to run SLI on a non-nVidia chipset board do not recognize the SLI flag of Prey. It is still possible to run in SLI mode by simply renaming the executable to "Quake4" but we don't have enough numbers for that scenario, therefore we'll stick with the "single card" results (using the n7800 GT).

Frames per second, higher is better!

Prey was the only gaming benchmark where the Quad FX system came in at the high-score - with the caveats outlined above.
