Gaming Performance
We used DOOM3, FarCry (Steam) and Call of Duty with especially the latter being optimized for dual core processors.

In FarCry, the 955 XE pulls ahead of AMD's X2 4800+ but multicore optimizations do not appear to make that huge of a difference in this game.

In Call of Duty2, the Presler-based 955 XE wins hands-down.
