Epic's UT engine is geared towards multithreading, yet, there are limitations of how many cores are supported.




F.E.A.R. (640x 480, medium quality Volumetric Lighting enabled at medium)
Fear is among the better games with respect to multithreading but still far away from taking advantage of all eight cores.
