Keep in mind that the 560-925XE denotes the P4 560 running at 14 x 1066 = 3.73GHz. The 600 series takes the lead over the 500 core but is bested by a fair margin by the older Galatin core. Also, the Northwood steps all over the Prescott in either revision.
No difference between the 500 and the 600 series.
