The latest DX9 benchmark from Massive certainly has enough special effects and spectacular graphics to qualify as a serious benchmark. Unfortunately, the licensing agreement specifically disallows posting of any screenshots.

Aquamark3 appears to favor the P4 but that still should not preclude us from showing the CPU results for the various AMD processors.

Aquamark Overall Score

Even if there are differences in the CPU scores, the overall frame rates show very little of that. Interestingly, the A64 gets higher frame rates despite a lower CPU score, however, the GFX score was marginally higher on the K8V than on the SK8N, which potentially reflects the issue of the reduced bandwidth of the upstream HT interface of the nForce3 chipset.
