Memory Subsystem: SiSoft Sandra 2007 Memory Bandwidth Benchmark (Average of FPU and Int.)
The Sapphire PC-AM2RD580 is the fastest AM2 board in the running, followed by Foxconn's "C51" board. All benchmarks referring to the three different AM2 motherboards are using the FX-62 processor. The X2-5000 numbers were obtained on the Foxconn C51 board.
Cachemem 2.65
Sapphire PC-AM2RD580 (solid blocks) vs. Foxconn C51XEM2AA (transparent blocks): Lower is better. All user accessible memory latency settings were set to the same values: 4:4:4:12 for CL:tRCD:tRP:tRAS. The PC-AM2RD580 sets new records for low latencies on memory accesses.
