After removal of the cover, almost everything is accessible. The next step involves removing of the two screws indicated by the red arrows and then taking out the entire drive bay assembly. The insert shows the red jumper (JP2) (listed on the sticker on the PCI slot) to specify 100 or 133 MHz FSB operation (Duron / Athlon).

The entire drive bay assembly is removable. Taking off the cover plates requires removing two more screws each on the sides of the assembly..
