A quick note on GRC.com: we contacted them with a few questions but did not receive any reasonable answer beyond an outdated copy of the same webpage we were looking at already. On the other hand, the person at their sales office we finally managed to talk to over the phone appeared to be an order of magnitude more knowledgeable than their tech staff and saved GRC's reputation.
