FarCry 1.3 "Pier"
We used our own LC5 Pier demo with emphasis on water effects that push the graphics cards to the limit while putting relatively little stress on the CPU.

4 x AA, 8x AF

In SLI and without AA and AF enabled, resolution up to 1600x 1200 simply does not appear to matter. There is a minor performance hit for running in SLI mode as opposed to a single card which is can be attributed to the calculations necessary to run in split frame rendering mode.
