The official OpenGL benchmark of SPEC.org separates the older GeForce3 from the Ti500. The increment in performance is almost linear to the increment in clock speed, at least in applications where graphics performance is the limiting factor. Applications that are limited by CPU performance like DRV_07 and Light-04 do naturally not show performance increases.
