Caligari TrueSpace 4.2 OpenGL

The animation of the gallery walk-through nicely shows the difference between AGP 2X and 4 X but, at least within the AGP 3.0 protocol, there is no difference between 4X and 8X.

Caligari TrueSpace 4.2 D3D

The same scenery, this time in D3D shows performance scaling with AGP capabilities. For the record, this is the only Direct 3D application we found that actually showed a benefit of AGP 8X and we reran every single configuration 10 times to make sure that there were no random glitches causing the performance deltas.
