8 Spot is notorious for being rendered incorrectly since most drivers will not recognize correctly the overshoot flag that is part of the Open GL features. In that case, the rendered image will look like this:

The correct image, however, will look as follows:

Even though there is no evidence for SLI being used, the performance of the Quadro FX4500 is stellar. Once again, the goal of this article is NOT to show inferior performance of other cards, these are older, largely obsolete products but rather to show what has happened in the last 18 months to 2 years.
