Overall Composite scores are sometimes diluting the message of individual benchmarks. In the case of 3DMark'05, this is not necessarly true. On the other hand, Canyon flight appears to be the most GPU-dependent benchmark in the entire gaming application suite.

Canyon Flight: 4 x AA Enabled

Canyon Flight offers a bit more resolution within the graphs than the composite score but otherwise, the outcome is the same. Without AA and at lower resolutions, the dual configurations are marginally faster than the X1900 XTX but at high resolution and with AA enabled, the X1900 commands a lead.
