DirectX8 Performance:DMark2001SE
After four years, 3DMark2001SE is still going strong, despite the fact that it "only" runs in DX8 mode. Lately, 3DMark2001SE has become more of a system and CPU benchmark than a graphics performance metric, however, it is still worth looking at it on a comparative basis.

Both the RADEON X800XT and the XL version outpace all of the nVidia competitors.

4 x Antialiasing

With 4 x AA enabled, the difference between the XT and the XL version are practically non-existent.
