Sapphire RADEON X850XT Platinum Edition AGP
AGP Strikes Back
(Review by MS, May 30, 2005)
GeForce 6800GT At:

DOOM3

DOOM3 appears to be the nemesis benchmark for ATI's GPUs but nonetheless it is one of the most popular games.

High Quality

Ultra Quality

AGP or PCIe does not appear to matter here, the single GeForce 6800GT and also the GF6600 GTs in SLI configuration simply breeze through DOOM3, leaving all of the ATI cards in the dust. On the other hand, amongst the ATI cards, the Sapphire XT850XT PE appears to be completely oblivious to the fact that it is running on a somewhat outdated system and bests all of the other ATI graphics adapters in the roundup.
